DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We are sure that you will love your Grit Republic items as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a refund/exchange within 14 days. This excludes sale items.

 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING RETURNS?

In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Please contact us at info@gritrepublic.com.au and one of our team members will respond to you within 7 business days.Please note that refunds will only be accepted once items have been shipped back to us. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received the returned item, it will then be inspected to ensure that it is not damaged or dirty. You will receive an email notifying you of the outcome of your return. This process can take up to 5 business days from when the item is received by us.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Items can be returned to us provided they meet the guidelines in our returns policy.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us immediately and include the correct address and order number. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will do our best to amend the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact Australia Post to organise a redirection.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Firstly, please check your junk folder for the confirmation email. If you are still unable to find it, please contact us as there may be an error with the email address you have entered.
